Shipping & Returns
We ship your item one business day from the date of purchase. We'll do our best to ensure the item to be shipped as fast as possible. If you place a different billing and shipping address, it is our companies policy to contact the buyer the next business day before shipping the order and confirm the delivery address. This is for security purposes. We do not want to ship an item for a fraudulent purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm CST. If you need an item expedited , please call the next day during our business hours before 12pm CST or send to us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be more than happy to assist you with the expedited shipment of your order.
Deltacanopy wants its customers to be happy with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at 1-214-491-6991 e-mail us at email@example.com.
We will accept a return of a defective, unassembled item(s) within a 14-day period from the date that you receive your item. After this 14-day window up to 30 days after the delivery, we will be able to provide replacement parts or repair services. All items must also be returned in its original package.
All returns must be approved before you ship any item back to us. If you ship any item back to us without contacting us, we will have to refuse the package and it will be returned to you. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return the item. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a 5% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier charges us for shipping both ways). Make sure your return is authorized before shipping your item.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the return of a non-defective item. If the listing prie is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from the total refund amount. A restocking fee of 50% will be charged for any item(s) that are abused, altered, damaged by accident or by the elements, or is missing the original packaging.
Please contact us or put in a return request if you would like to return an item.
This return policy will not cover any damage that occurs due to neglect, wind, rain, snow, ice, fire, or any other act of nature and does not cover any damage that might have result from the canopy or tent not being properly secured. Deltacanopy will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages that might be cause by any product that we sell.
You may cancel an order prior to processing and/or shipping. You must contact us before 12pm CST the next business day to cancel the order and remove it from our shipment for that day. If you contact our company after the order has been shipped, you will still be responsible for any shipping cost incurred in shipping the item. Any order cancellation that are processed while the item is still in transit to your location will be subject to a deductions of 5% restocking fee and any shipping costs that we incur (these costs include both the original cost to ship the product to you and any subsequent costs to ship the product back to us).
**IF YOU USE/ASSEMBLE AN ORDER THAT ARRIVES DAMAGED, YOU HAVE VOIDED THE WARRANTY FOR YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED BY **BOTH PHONE AND EMAIL** All items are brand new. Our customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to notify our company that they would like to return their order due to receiving a damaged product.
- If you check your item upon delivery and it is damaged/broken and has never been used, we will need to be emailed pictures of the damages before return instructions are provided for your order to be refunded.
If the item is damaged due to adverse weather conditions, the item will not be accepted as a return and the customer will be responsible for the purchase of replacement parts for the unit. (Please view our FAQ's page regarding how to prevent your item from being damaged by acts of nature)
