Return Policy: Delta Canopy wants its customers to be happy with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at 1-866-957-8368 e-mail us at services@deltacanopy.com. We will accept a return of a defective, unassembled item(s) within a 14-day period from the date that you receive your item. After this 14-day window up to 30 days after the delivery, we will be able to provide replacement parts or repair services. All items must also be returned in its original package. All returns must be approved before you ship any item back to us. If you ship any item back to us without contacting us, we will have to refuse the package and it will be returned to you. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return the item. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a 5% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier charges us for shipping both ways). Make sure your return is authorized before shipping your item. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the return of a non-defective item. If the listing price is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from the total refund amount.   Great canopy with just a little hiccup

  Received this canopy in a just a few days time. It is massive and came in 5 boxes. The first setup took a few hours to get all done correctly - if every single pole isn't in 100% all the way, the canopy won't fit correctly. We thought we had them all perfect but turns out, a few poles weren't in as far as they could go even though it felt like it. We resulted to using a tape measure to find which ones were off a little bit. Now that we know, we have marked how far each pole goes in the joints, so next time should be much faster. One of the poles was slightly mashed so it wasn't a perfect circle and wouldn't go in the joint. Luckily we had a tool to get the shape back so it would fit. Also, the canopy was missing two grommets next to each other. We did not put bungees in these so as not to tear the canopy. I did not have time to call the company and get a replacement as the party was the next day. But it still held together just fine. It withstood decent winds and was perfect shelter for our celebration. We received lots of compliments on the great canopy we had. For the price, this is a great product. I love that it came with all the feet and stakes and tiedowns necessary. Other companies charged extra for those items. All in all, an excellent product and would buy it again.

  We chose to buy this tent for our wedding because it was only a couple hundred dollars more than renting one locally. I was a bit nervous making such a large purchase online for a product I had no experience with. This tent was a GREAT investment! It is HUGE! Delivery was fast and free and that was a great plus. When it arrived it came in 5 or 6 boxes. The boxes were very heavy and it was intimidating to see all the pieces all laid out. (not to mention I'm 115lbs and 5'2") Once we had all the pieces organized in piles by letter it went very fast to set up. There was only 4 of us and we set it up for a dry run and it only took one and a half hours. It's a very attractive tent. The second set up at the wedding venue was maybe 20 minutes because we left the eves set up and only had to set up the supports and put the cover and sides on. It didn't hurt we had 10 people setting it up at the venue too. :-) All the poles were in great shape and grommets all intact. I would suggest some WD-40 for the tighter fitting poles and to reduce friction when setting up and tearing down.
