It’s very important to anchor your tent to the ground securely. Tie Down Kits, Ground Bars, and Heavy-Duty Pegs are recommended in even the calmest weather conditions. This item should not be used as a permanent structure. Since this item is a temporary structure, we do NOT recommend your leaving this item unattended during inclement weather (i.e., rain, hail, snow, wind, and ice). Neither do we recommend leaving the assembled unit up overnight. In addition, this item is not manufactured to withstand the weight of any form of precipitation left on the top of the unit (i.e., rain, snow, and ice). Weather related damages are not covered under the limited warranty for our units.

Good for backyard wedding
Ok, so I will summarize our experience as best as possible. First, this is going to be the best value that you will find so you can probably stop your party tent search. We looked on various platforms, looked at various material of tents, and so forth. What you are getting here is a tent that is good for backyard events in decent weather. It would probably not be wise to use this for winter storage where snow is going to accumulate and you would be subjecting the tent to strong winds, heavy rain, etc. We purchased this tent for a backyard wedding and it worked perfectly. We were planning the even in Ohio, in November, and many of the rental companies shut down. Additionally, if the temperature got below 32 degrees Fahrenheit they wouldn't rent. That is what lead us to purchasing our own. We ended up having record high temperatures in the 70s and no wind.
This tent is not the same material as the PVC tents that you would typically get from a rental. It is more of the material like a tarp. That being said, it is very good quality and appears it will last for years to come as long as it is properly maintained. You will need to make sure you take care of it and package it dry and free of dirt. It took a few people to set up, we had the 32x20.
Follow the directions and suggestions by the company. I pulled each piece out as soon as I got it and inspected it. I found two dings in the legs of the tent (probably from shipping) and I was concerned about the structural integrity. I contacted the company and they sent out replacement parts with no hassle. I couldn't be more pleased.
Bottom line: if you are trying to be financial conscious about your event, purchase this tent and use it for your event and any future events.
