Return Policy: Delta Canopy wants its customers to be happy with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at 1-866-957-8368 e-mail us at services@deltacanopy.com. We will accept a return of a defective, unassembled item(s) within a 14-day period from the date that you receive your item. After this 14-day window up to 30 days after the delivery, we will be able to provide replacement parts or repair services. All items must also be returned in its original package. All returns must be approved before you ship any item back to us. If you ship any item back to us without contacting us, we will have to refuse the package and it will be returned to you. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return the item.   took 7 days to arrive, very good quality, easy to install and looks nice, feets about 50 people inside. i order because with this pandemia we have to improvise some outdoor dining. this is working really well. i highly recommend.

  A great tent

  We just put up our tent for the first time two days ago for a boy scout event. We had 3 people and it took us about 2-2 1/2 hours (the set up was interrupted a few times). The directions that came with were very straightforward and fairly easy to follow. The only thing we goofed on was that some of the metal pieces are remarkably similar (one has a 110 degree bend and the other has 140 degree bend) and we had a few of those switched around which was easily remedied when we realized our mistake. Most of the pieces were numbered om a sticker for identification but for some parts the numbers had fallen off so that was part of the problem. I was very happy for the construction and quality, as the "skeleton of the tent was all heavy duty metal parts and nothing was bent and I don't fear parts getting bent as the parts are very solid. The canopy and walls of the tent were strong and we did not experience any ripping or issues. We set up the tent the day before our event and it was a little breezy and it didn't budge. I read on other reviews that there wasn't enough bungees. We did not have that problem, although I wonder if others used too many for the walls. As you attach the walls, two adjoining walls can share bungees. Make sure everything ( all the metal pieces) is connected tight or the roof will not fit right. We did have to tighten up some of our connections to get a perfect fit. We were able to fit two 8 foot buffet tables pushed along the side wall and then 6 eight foot tables in the tent with plenty of room for chairs for people. I liked that we could decide which walls we wanted up or left off. In case of rain it would be nice to have all walls up, we ended up leaving 4 walls off on one side to allow for ease of entry and air flow, but the walls were so easy to put up it would be easy to change in a minute. We took down the roof and walls today before a light rain moved in and its all sitting in the garage, and have yet to disassemble the metal frame so I am not sure how this all fits in the provided storage bags yet.. will figure that out tomorrow. I was very pleased with this tent, I felt the quality was great for the price, and honestly the tent exceeded my expectations and I have no doubt we will get many more uses out of this tent
