Just installed. So far so good.

I was very happy with the ordering process and the speed at which the order was shipped.
Boxes arrived with a bit of shipping damage, but all the pieces were there.
My wife and I started putting it together and had the roof structure assembled and ready to "raise" when my adult daughter joined us for the barn raising.
It took us a total of about 4 hours to get it completely up and secured.
We had a few challenges with the structure wanting to fall over during connections of the roof frame. I didn't tighten the connections down enough, thinking I would need a little "give" during assembly. I should have tightened them down more. But it eventually went up.
The instructions give a "tip" that indicates you might want to put the cover tarp on after constructing the roof frame because it might be hard after putting the entire frame together. But we put the entire frame together first. We were able to get the cover tarp over the top with a couple of ladders.
I like the way the cover tarp is all one piece, from the ground on one side to the ground on the other side. I believe it makes it less likely to be susceptible to catching the wind.
It fits our boat perfectly! It's an 18 foot boat with an outboard on the back and trailer tongue out the front, and I can put up the full cabin canvas inside this "boat house". A 20 foot long car port would not have covered the entire boat/engine/trailer. The wider width gives us room to walk along the sides of the boat and the 10 foot height allows for the canvas top.
Love it so far. But we'll see how it behaves in the wind.
One small nit-pick with the installation - the "short bolts" seemed to have a slightly larger head size than the "long bolts". A 3/8 wrench worked great on the long bolts, but didn't want to fit on the short bolts. Weird, and kind of annoying.
